I discovered that the lady is actually his niece. Right now, I don’t want to continue with him anymore. Few hours ago his parent called and begged me not to leave their son. I asked if their son told them what he did? They said he did not. But as things stands now am pulling out of the relationship until he confesses to the world what he did and why he did it.”

It has been revealed that the challenging health condition of President Muhammadu Buhari has left him incapacitated and is now on life-support according to Governor Ayodele Fayose.

The Governor of Ekiti State, Ayodele Fayose has revealed that President Muhammadu Buhari is on life support in the United Kingdom and needs our prayers to survive.

Fayose made the disclosure in a statement shared by his SA Public Communications & New Media Lere Olayinka on Facebook.

The statement reads:

“Buhari on life-support for 20 days, needs prayer, presidency must tell Nigerians the truth always – Fayose

Today, it makes 53 days since our President; Muhammadu Buhari left Nigeria to attend to his health challenges abroad. No official information as to his whereabouts and his state of health.

Like every other Nigerians, I do not wish the president dead, I have therefore maintained dignified silence since we were told that the President embarked on his second medical trip abroad this year.

However, the recorded audio message which was released by the Presidency as the President’s Ramadan message to Nigerians necessitated my setting the records straight today.

No doubt, the audio message was only a damage-control strategy aimed at further deceiving Nigerians.

I have therefore elected in good conscience to state as follows:

That the audio message does not represent the truth as our President does not only have voice impairment, he has been on life-support since June 6, 2017 at a West-End, London Hospital.

Of a fact, our First Lady, Her Excellency, Mrs Aisha Buhari was not allowed to see her husband during her last visit to the United Kingdom if only she will be courageous enough to admit.

Only three Nigerians who are of the President’s cabal are allowed access to the President. I will keep their identities for now.

Anyone with contrary claim should produce the President to Nigerians within the next 48 hours.

It is obvious that Nigeria is drifting like the last days of the Yar’Adua’s government.

Nigerians will recall that I warned against electing President Buhari on the account of his age, health and mental capacity.

Nigerians will also recall that when they released pictures to the press claiming that President Buhari had an interview with Kemi Fadojutimi of “All Eyes on Africa” TV Show in London, on Monday, February 23, 2015, I proved to the whole world that the interview was conducted in suite 881 at Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja.

Hate me or like me, again I am putting Nigerians on notice on the present state of health of our president.

In closing, let me state that I am not unaware of the various attempts on my life; I am undaunted as I remain committed to truth and fearlessness because a man’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.

Dear Nigerians, even though President Buhari needs our prayers and we should keep praying that God takes total control of his situation, it is equally imperative that our leaders must tell us the truth at all times.

It is time that the President takes the interests of Nigerians above his own and resign from office so that our country can move forward. The fate of Nigeria and its people must not remain in the hands of the Presidency cabal, our country must be set free.

May God help our country.

PT: Your fans can’t stop talking about your sex scenes in Alter Ego. Was your husband comfortable with you playing the role?

Omotola: Some of the sex scenes in Alter Ego were downplayed because I’m married. But I won’t play the sex scenes if it wasn’t necessary to be included in the film.

I know by starring in this movie that my fans would either hate me or love me forever. While shooting the film, I knew I was doing something quite risky. There are several ways to shoot a sex scene tastefully.

I’m all for playing a sex scene convincingly and my husband knows this. I tell my husband, “You know what darling, you married an actor”; and secondly, he is my biggest fan.

I tell him, “Do you want me to be great or do you just want me to be good?” He will say, “I want you to be great, sparklingly great”.

Then I’ll say, “Ehen, we go love o” and he’s fine with it. He understands but just like every other human being and the professional that he is, he too wants to be convinced that I played a sex scene because it was necessary.

I know when he watches movies sometimes he would say, “Did they have to kiss if they were not going to kiss well?” One more question below…

PT: You got pretty raunchy with your co-stars in your latest movie, Alter Ego. Are you ready for viewer’s criticisms?

The Spanish Government today, Tuesday deported 23 Nigerians for committing various offences in the country, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports.

They were deported barely five days after 34 Nigerians were sent home from six European countries for committing immigration-related offences. Reports suggests that 34 Nigerians were jointly deported by six European countries on June 22 for committing immigration-related offences.

The deportees were sent back home from Switzerland, Germany, Iceland, Austria, Belgium and Hungary. It was also gathered that the new set of deportees arrived at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport (MMlA) Lagos, at about 6.40 a.m on Tuesday.

The new deportees, comprising 21 males and two females, were brought back in a privilege style aircraft with registration number EC-IZO. DSP Joseph Alabi, the spokesman of the Lagos Airport Police Command, confirmed the development.

Alabi said that the deportees were received by officers of the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) and the Police. He said that others also on ground to receive them were officials of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA).

According to him, 9 of the deportees, who were deported for drug-related offences, were handed over to the NDLEA. He said that two others, who were deported for criminal offences, were handed over to the police.

Alabi said that the remaining 12 deportees, accused of breaching the country’s immigration rules, were profiled and allowed to go to their respective destinations.

Former Minister of Aviation Mr Femi Fani-Kayode has said that former President Goodluck Jonathan still had so much to offer Nigeria.

This is even as the former President Goodluck Jonathan has called for peace and unity stressing that without peace, Nigeria would not develop.

They made the calls when Jonathan hosted a delegation of former ministers still in the Peoples Democratic Party and served between 1999 and 2015.

Fani-Kayode described the former president as a great leader who had encouraged many Nigerians.

“You still have so much to offer this country. The future is great for us, for PDP and this country,” he said.

Speaking earlier, Jonathan called on Nigerians to pray and work toward the nation’s unity, as Muslims celebrate Eid-el-Fitr.

The immediate past president said that no nation’s economy could grow where there was no peace.

“We should always use this period to know that the unity of the country is paramount.

“We cannot develop as a nation, no matter how people demonstrate, and no president can do magic if there is tension in the land.

“This is because immediately there is sense of insecurity in any country, investors will go back and when investors go back, of course, the economy will dwindle.

“What improves the economy is confidence and what makes investors to have confidence is peace.

“Nobody wants to invest where there is no peace, except those that invest in arms and ammunition.

“We should all pray and work toward that peace, that is the only way we can grow our economy,” Jonathan said.

He also commended the former ministers for forming the forum and for finding time to celebrate Sallah with his family.

Following President Buhari’s message to Nigerians after 50days in Hausa, and the reactions that followed, a Nigerian man, Sadiqq Ibrahim, has declared that Hausa language would become the official language in the country soon..

In the reaction to Reno Omokri’s criticism of the president’s message, Sadiqq, revealed that about 76% of the Nigerians speak the Hausa language, adding that even those who are from other tribes in the country speak it.

He also stated that once Hausa becomes the official language, everyone would speak the language whether they like it or not.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, arraigned one suspected Internet fraudster, Folusho Oguntoyinbo, also known as Sydney, before Justice Hakeem Olatunde Oshodi of the Lagos State High Court.

Sitting in Ikeja on a three-count charge bordering on possession of fraudulent documents and obtaining money by false pretense to the tune of N700, 000 (Seven Hundred Thousand Naira).

One of the counts reads:

“That you, Folusho Oguntoyinbo (a.k.a. Sydney) sometime in 2016 in Lagos within the Ikeja judicial division, with intent to defraud, obtained the sum of Seven Hundred Thousand Naira from Roy Torgerson by falsely representing to him that you were Sydney A., female, which representations you knew to be false.”

The 31-year-old suspected fraudster, however, pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to him. In view of his plea, the prosecution counsel, Ayanfeoluwa Ogunsina, asked the court for a trial date and pleaded that the accused be remanded in prison custody.

However, the defence counsel, M.O. Lawal, told the court of a pending application for bail of his client.

Justice Oshodi adjourned the matter to July 13, 2017 for hearing of the bail application and ordered the accused to be remanded in prison custody.

Meanwhile, the EFCC also arraigned a member of a syndicate of Internet fraudsters, Ojo Adedayo, a.k.a. Kate, before Justice Oshodi on a three-count charge bordering on possession of fraudulent documents.

One of the counts reads: “That you, Ojo Adedayo (a.k.a. Kate) sometime in 2016 in Lagos within the Ikeja judicial division, with intent to defraud, had in your possession a document titled “Me”, which document you knew contained false pretence.”

The 22-year-old suspect pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to him.
Justice Oshodi adjourned the matter to July 13, 2017 for hearing of the bail application and remanded the suspect in prison custody.

The University of Maiduguri yesterday night came under a series of attacks as suicide bombers detonated their explosives at different locations including the security office where two lives were reportedly lost.

The Borno Police Public Relations Officer, Victor Isukwu, had, at about 12 midnight, confirmed the incident on a WhatsApp platform managed by his office, but only gave sketchy details of casualties recorded.

“Let’s not speculate yet”, he cautioned reporters. At Unimaid only one male suicide bomber died; three university security personnel injured among which one later died.”

Danjuma Gambo, a professor in the Mass Communications department of the university who also doubles as the spokesperson of the institution, confirmed in a BBC Hausa broadcast early this morning that three suicide attacks took place in the university last night.

Teachers may soon earn higher salaries than other workers in the country. Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu dropped the hint while inaugurating the Governing Councils of Federal Colleges of Education in Abuja on Thursday.

He said the teaching profession had ceased to be an “all-comers affairs”.

Represented by the Minister of State for Education, Prof. Anthony Gozie Anwukah, he said government had understudied the Malaysian educational system and decided to take a critical look at teaching and teacher education.

He, however, sounded a note of warning that teachers across all levels must register with the Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) before the end of this year or risk being sent out of the system.

The minister noted that Malaysia in the quest for greatness had reorganised its educational sector for effective development of human resources to take it to the present position.

He said: “What they did was to bring down the whole system and resuscitated the education sector. Their planning was geared towards the development of human resources. In Malaysia, many of those who scored the highest in their equivalent of our JAMB compete to be teachers.

“If you are a teacher in Malaysia, you are ranked higher than any other worker in the country. This is why you would find people with PhDs teaching in primary schools. We have made that recommendation and we are going to implement it in Nigeria,” he said.

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has said 62,140 candidates will rewrite the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination after their centres were found to have engaged in malpractices.

JAMB Registrar, Prof Ishaq Oloyede, who disclosed this on Wednesday at a briefing, noted that a total of 59,698 UTME results were also cancelled by the board based on examination malpractices.

A breakdown of the cancelled results showed that 57,646 candidates wrote in centres, which were fraudulent; 1,386 candidates were caught cheating, while 666 candidates did multiple registrations.

It was learnt that only the first group of 57,646 would be allowed to rewrite the UTME. This group would be joined by 3,811 candidates, who did late registration and 683 who had biometric-related issues, to make a total of 62,140 candidates.

Oloyede said the board had slated Saturday, July 1, for the examination.

He said, “The board had a meeting with the 37 chief external examiners for the 2017 UTME and other major stakeholders, and arrived at the following decisions. One, we approved the cancellation (of the results) of 1,386 candidates found culpable of examination malpractices, and the results of 666 who did multiple registrations.

“We also cancelled the results of 57,646 candidates who were involved in malpractices across centres. Hence, we have rescheduled the UTME for those candidates and others who have biometric and other technical issues. We also approved Saturday, July 1, for the rescheduled examination. The board has, moreover, suspended 24 Computer-Based Test centres for one year due to technical issues. These centres would not participate in the 2018 UTME.”

The registrar noted that 48 centres had also been delisted from participating in the board’s examination in the future due to their engaging in organised examination malpractices.

“The meeting approved the commendation of JAMB staff and other agencies involved in the UTME for their integrity, particularly where monetary inducement was given to them by some CBT centres,” Oloyede added.

More troubles for Babalola Falemi, popularly known as Sauce Kid aka Sinzu, as he has been sentenced to two years in federal prison for stealing $15,388. The sentence was passed this week.

According to Idaho statesman, Falemi, obtained several persons bank card numbers and identifying information, then encoded the account numbers onto blank plastic cards, for immediate use.

He reportedly used an ATM to change account PINs, before withdrawing cash from several ATMS to purchase merchandise from stores between July 23 and 26.

Sinzu, as he is fondly called was arrested at the Boise Airport just as he was about to board a flight. Police found with a card encoding device and most than $6,000 in cash, on him.

Upon arrest, Falemi, was charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, eight counts each of bank fraud and aggravated identity theft, and possession of 15 or more fraudulent bank cards, before he was finally sentenced this week.

Real Madrid forward Cristiano Ronaldo has been accused of evading €14.7 million (£13m/$16.4m) in tax payments by Madrid's criminal prosecution system.

The economic crime arm of Madrid's Provincial Prosecutor's Office filed a complaint on Tuesday against the Portugal international for allegedly committing four crimes between 2011 and 2014.

The prosecution claims that during those four years Ronaldo would have avoided paying a grand total of €14.7m to the Spanish tax authorities.

In its brief, the prosecutor's office points out that crimes are caused by "hiding from the treasury the income generated in Spain by the image rights", which is a "voluntary and conscious" breach of one's tax obligations in Spain.

Ronaldo is alleged to have evaded the following totals between 2011 and 2014:

2012 - €1,665,304.09
2013 - €3,201,266.93
2014 - €8,508,419.55

Since his emergence on the scene a few years back, this week is the first time ever singer Dammy Krane, became a hot topic on all social media platform and this is due to his arrest for credit card fraud and grand theft in far away US.

On how his troubles started, a source close to the embattled artiste said it all began after his expulsion from Tuface’s Hypertek records.

According to a source close to the singer who spoke with Saturday Beats, Dammy Krane, was kicked out of the label about two years ago and has since then found it extremely difficult to revive his dying career as he searched helplessly for sponsors, who were nowhere to be found. This new development caused him to travel to the US in hopes of finally reigniting whatever fire is left of his career.

On why Tuface ended his contract with the label and why it was a quiet affair:

“Dammy Krane had left Tuface’s Hypertek record since February 2015. Tuface is trying to build a reputable company and they do not want any negative news. That is why they did not announce his exit from the label. They had issues with him over the way he was doing collaborations with other artistes. It was not part of the contract that he signed, so technically it is a breach of contract. They gave him several warnings which he did not adhere to, so they had no choice but to terminate the contract that they had with him. They did not make any noise about it because they did not want anything that would dent his image and that of the company. He was in the US to get new investor to help his career and also shoot some videos because he already had new material. He was also meant to use the opportunity to embark on his US tour,” the source said.

SHOCKING;Nigeria Singer ‘Sound Sultan’ Says There Is NO RECORD LABEL In Nigeria.

Nigerian pop legend, Sound Sultan, believes that the country is yet to have a proper record label. According to the star singer, most of the labels around do not even understand the music industry.

He maintained that a lot still needs to be done in terms of orientating both the labels and the artistes in order for the deals to be mutually beneficial.

“I think there needs to be that orientation to both the labels… because we don’t have labels in Nigeria lets be honest. Nothing like the Sony’s and the major labels out there.

“It’s not about how much they spend on you, that has been proven right already by so many people. There are some labels that don’t understand what the music industry is, they just feel like ‘hey let’s dole out money’. It’s not only about doling out money. At the end of the day, everybody has to make sure that we understand the Nigerian factor,” he said in a chat with Planet TV.

Sound Sultan said that as much as he would do his own bit in assisting up and coming singers to realist their potentials, the structural problems that could generate discordant tunes in the future must be sorted.

“There’s nothing we can do but help bring in new talents and budding talents into the industry. It’s just the ways around it that could be a bit more favourable to both parties,” he added.

Talking about success in Nigeria’s music industry, the list will be invalid without names like Olamide, Wizkid, Davido & Phyno. I don’t know about others sha oo!!

Apart from the huge money breathing in their bank accounts, these guys have the highest number of fans in Nigeria and across Africa.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has seized a hotel allegedly belonging to Patience Jonathan, wife of former President Goodluck Jonathan.

The five-storey hotel, believed to be worth about N3bn, is located near Setraco Construction Company, beside Mabushi Kado Expressway.

The property, which has not been officially opened, has between 50 to 100 rooms, a gymnasium, a fountain and other amenities.

The hotel currently has ‘EFCC Under Investigation’ written all over the walls.

Meanwhile, EFCC also seized three other properties in Abuja allegedly belonging to Patience.

The properties are located in Karsana, Wasa and Idogwari areas of Abuja.

Patience has been under probe since May 2016 when the commission arrested a former Special Adviser to the President on Domestic Affairs, Waripamowei Dudafa.

Patience laid claim to about $15m found in bank accounts allegedly belonging to Dudafa’s domestic servants.

She later sued Skye Bank Plc and the EFCC after which the commission, through a court order, freezed her personal account with a balance of $5m.
